The post have not been a flowin' here on My Friend Ivan. It pains me to see my feed stats in decline, but such is life. A weird mix of apathy, a VERY dysfunctional computer, and a new project have kept me away from this site...but now that things are settling down a bit, I'll hopefully be posting more often.
If anyone is interest in my new blog (co hosted with an old college budy), check it out. It's a blog dedicated to fine beer (always in moderation...morality aside, the stuff's expensive). The new blog is Thank Heaven for Beer.

The beer site looks interesting. Get rid of the truncated posts, however. Is this your new project? How are things with you as of late? Been wondering . . .
Thanks Brian! It always means a lot when someone cares to ask how we are doing. We are still in limbo...trying to sell our house, unemployed, arghhh...
Despite being poor, it is a strangely good experience. I think I've bonded a LOT with my wife and children. It will be sad going back to work and not staying home all day with them.
Sorry about the truncated posts. I mulled it over in my head many times and aesthetics got the best of me. It is too late to change now though...seriously months of work and code-finagling would be down the drain. Please stop back again though...I'll try to make the previews longer!
Do drink beer at all? The site should reflect the mentality of it's authors (mike and I): moderation.
Dearest Nate, hello! And welcome to my comment! In this comment I will mention some things I find may be of particular interest to you. Firstly, I'd like to say, I'm ignorant of how to find your blogs because I suck cowballs. Also, How are you doing? Hope you're not still in the same pickle you described in your message to Brian. And Finally I've come today to express to you my wish to drink a virtual beer with you and discuss..um..current events? No, that's not the word, since the events may be dated. Events? hmm..well, what if it were people that we chose to focus on, not so much an event. See, that's why they don't have me write blogs. Anyway, the beer sounds nice.
Dr. David I presume...
Keep the comments flowing. And I disagree...you should start a blog...your humor, intellect, and perspective would delight many readers, as well as repel many...but aren't we drawn towards things we detest? Otherwise, there would be no such idea as discussion!
haha...first time "cowballs" has graced the pages here!
